About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer with strong e-commerce experience to manage and optimize both our technical infrastructure and online marketplace operations. This hybrid role combines IT support, system management, and hands-on involvement with platforms like Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor IT systems, servers, and infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect business and customer data
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide day-to-day IT support
- Manage integrations between e-commerce platforms and internal systems
- Support and optimize stores on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms
